all I needed was some papers and I waited for more than two hours ..did not expect to wait this long good thing my dog is not in pain or he would of died by now ...the girls working have a c@!p face motivated by money not passion for animals more concerend about lunch ..oh yeah dont ask for your itamized bill because the prices are crossed off and the vets dont know why they are crossed off..
