flew my wife in (she is getting her masters done in a different state) to hit the Oregon coast...trying to be romantic, reserved a car a week prior, they happened to be out of cars when i had 2 different reservations in different hotels down the coast...the guy at the counter told me i was sh*t out of luck after spending about 1000 on travel arrangements..i was in seattle, wa, and how he couldn't give me a ride back to work while i got dropped there..i run a kitchen and it took him nearly 3 hours to tell me this and my dinner service went to hell, because i stood there for 3 hours (lost a ton of money that night), so took a cab back and canceled all my plans down the coast line because no one else had cars that weekend end...thanks hertz for the special weekend..i hope you all burn
