Hi tech steamer came on time today,they did a good job on my carpet and I ask them to clean my car for a little extra ,they clean it for good price and remove all stains on my back seat (they pre-treat it first and brush it hard ) Dry time made me very happy , took only 1 hour for my carpet to dry wow thanks Allen :) we,ll see you back in 3-4 months.

I call hi tech steamer today and I spoke to Allen. he was very polite and offered me good deal same day service flat rate 78.00 2 rooms?!?!?! I was thinking he might be like others bet and switch, but with this company I felt safe why? Nice gentleman came & look at my 2 bedrooms and ask me if I want protection on my carpet and i said no,which that was my optional choose NOT PUSHY . I was returning this place need it to be clean well for my deposit any ways long story short they did GREAT job on my carpet ,to tell the truth they are way to professional 4 carpet deep steam cleaning and remove all heavy soil area .and I'm very happy from my heart :) thanks Mani and Allen .

They are always on time and do an amazing job. The first time I used them, they did a little extra for me for free. I called many, many carpet cleaning services for quotes. After feeling bad and giving up (the quotes were so high), someone recommended this service to me. Not only are the prices amazing but they are very professional and do an excellent job. I would recommend them to everyone! I have used them twice and will be using them again!

I had a terrible experience with Hi Tech Steamer. My appointment passed for over half an hour and no one showed up and no one answered the phone. I left several messages. Finally I got a call saying he would be there in "about an hour". I rescheduled for another day. But the second time we had an appointment for 9:30 to 10. But after waiting again until after 10 (and not receiving any call from him), I called and he said he could be there in about 15 minutes. When I told him I expected him to be here in 15 minutes, if not I would not want the appointment anymore. Then he told me I should try a different carpet cleaner. The owner is very argumentative and not apologetic for wasting a lot of my time. Also after the first time he didn't show up, he said I could get a discount next time. So when I talked to him before my second appointment and asked what the discount was all he said was "What?! You expect me to do it for free?" And he did not commit to any discount even though he said he would.
