Hickory Hills is located in a beautiful country setting just outside the village of Chittenango.

We have lived here for nearly eight years. This is the best it has been. The management and maintenance has been helpful, and understanding. They are continually updating the facilities. Maintenance is efficient and effective.

This complex is a very safe and clean place to live. Grounds and parking lot well maintained, repairs done in timely manner. Owners very hands on and pleasant to deal with . I have lived here since 2008 and new owners were and are a breath of fresh air, weeding out the undesirables and making the complex the nicest one in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in area..
