This place will never be mistaken for Squaw Valley, but the snow does stick around longer because of northern exposure.:

The SceneJack Frolick developed Hidden Valley back in 1955 and is still area manager, head ski instructor, all-around PR guy and its biggest fan. With bare-bones facilities, Hidden Valley is not even close to being a resort, but there is a full-service day lodge with cafeteria and bar--Frolick says they really whoop it up in the evenings in the Mother Goose lounge.
