So 4 months ago my refrigerator broke and i called these guys out to come and take a look at it. The technician informed us that it would cost around $650 to fix it. Obviously being without a fridge isn't the best scenario so we went with them and they fixed it. Now back to last week the fridge and freezer both stopped worked again. I called and called and called 5 days later they returned my call informing me on saturday their technician would be out between 11-2pm. He never showed. Monday i receive a call from the technician saying he would be there in 20 minutes and claimed to know nothing about the appointment on saturday. He showed up and informed me that someone had to of moved my refrigerator, taken off the back panel, and unplugged the fan to my compressor for it to break the way it did. THE LAST PERSON BACK THERE WAS THEIR EMPLOYEE. He asked for money for a new fan anything i could spare i gave him $100 cash (i feel like an idiot) now over a week later i still have no received a call from them still do not have a fridge and they refuse to answer any phone calls. This company needs to be shut down. It is absolutely sickening that i found this page with similar reviews to my own. NOBODY USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress that enough. I probably would have done a better job repairing my fridge and i am a painter. PS: if i could give 0 or negative stars for their rating i would.

Used this company several times because they were a vendor for my Home Warranty Company. They were absolutely terrible to work with. They do not return calls, they do not fix the issue correctly and I never want to use them again. They "fixed" my freezer, and 2 weeks later the whole freezer froze and all my food went bad. They did not fix the actual problem correctly, would not return my calls and my home warranty company ended up dropping them. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!

Still waiting for a dishwasher gaskets over 4 weeks later. They are giving me the run around on the phone or just not answering. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!!

Wish I had read these reviews sooner, but I must add to the chorus. These people have no clue what they are doing, don't show up when they are supposed to, and create problems instead of fixing them. A must to avoid!
