Poor quality imports:
NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER SHIP.
We bought a used truck from Poor quality imports a year and a half ago. We had an issue the first week we bought it. We called and they said, We don't know what you did with it in between so we will only cover half. We let it go only because my husband can fix mostly everything. So here we are now.
My husband get a flat on the way to work and notices that not only do we need a tire, we need a rim because the rim is rusted. So we fixed that. 3 day's later my husband came home and said we have to get the truck looked at. It's hard to drive. So the next day I drove it to our garage we go to and.....
They won't even put it on the lift because the frame is rusted and they are afraid it will fall apart on them. They said to put it in the ground.
Well we still owe $10,000. on the truck and we are p@!%!d. This does NOT happen in a year and a half.
The dealership after calling several times finally after 2 weeks of calling them said they would give us $500. for the truck. Really $500. Wow!!!

Exceptional Dealership.:
In general, people seem to place a negative connotation on car dealerships and car salesmen. I have dealt with my fair share of car dealerships and this place was by far the best. High Quality Imports exceeds all expectations and truly defines a high class act. One individual in particular, George, is the most genuine, trustworthy, kind gentleman i have ever met in my life. Not only was he not pushy with the car, but he gave me the freedoms and all the knowledge i needed prior to making the purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the country and stand behind these words. If you do go, be sure to ask for George. I will even continue my services with this dealership and have my car serviced with them for years to come. A purely sensational experience.
