We have had a terrible service from Highland for years now! We just changed to another company and are very happy. I would NEVER recommend Highland Sanitation. They constantly miss pick-ups then will not come back to pick up and make it right. They always mess up our bills and over charge us. They have a lot of hidden fees and will raise your fees as soon as they can! And on top of it all the customer service people when you call their office are VERY RUDE!!!
