Ordered Big Air off Ebay from them. After waiting about 10 days a set of Hog Tune Speakers showed up. Went out of our way to have to take back to Fedex because of their screw up. Brian that works there lacks any customer service skills, and was told by him that he "didn't have to listen to anything" I said. Then a good week or more after received the correct item, another shows up. Told them we weren't taking another wrong item to Fedex without compensation, so we agreed to leave it on porch and Fedex can pick up. Now another person is calling about how they are going to get it back. No communication between employees and POOR customer service
