This was a great find on our way through Tennessee. We just happened to see the sign and decided to check out this BBQ and since we're from KC, we are very picky.
We arrived 5 minutes before closing and even though I am sure the staff was tired and ready to go hime they were welcoming and gracious to us. My father and I each had the BBQ Fry plate. Chicken, fries, cheese and suace piled so high we weren't sure we'd be able to eat it all. That doesn't even include the beans and slaw that come with.
The sauce was amazing. Not quite sweet but smokey. Smooth with a slight tang. The chicken was seasoned and not too juicy or dry.
The beans had a nice garlicky flavor to it that I was not expecting. The slaw was nice and creamy. It provides a smooth finish to eat bite.
I felt like the food was cooked to Perfection, the service was gracious and really nice, and the price can't hardly be beat. this is definitely going to be on my list of places to return to next time I am in the state.

I was on my way to Nashville and some friends had told me I had to stop and eat at HillbillyWilly's BBQ, I saw the sign on the interstate and drove right over..These people are so freindly, it is family owned and operated..so they care about every detail from taste and appearance of food to customer service, cleanliness, etc...they were delivering a large catering job while I was there but I still got fast, great service..the food, everything truely homemade, the ribs, literally fall off the bone, just the right flavor, unbelievable, no wonder pbs drove from nashville to do a story on these folks

The best bbq around, honestly! Hickory smoked pork, beef, chicken, ribs & bologna! Potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw all made from scratch daily
