Since 1958 Founder of Hinckley Roofing, Steve Walkuski Sr. with years of roofing experience moved to Hinckley, Ohio in 1958 “The Home of the Buzzards”. Steve was looking to build a company driven on service, quality and integrity. Hinckley Roofing is a family owned and operated business serving northern Ohio area since 1958. Ed, Steve Jr. and Frank Walkuski, whose father Steve Walkuski Sr. started the business are all committed to the company’s reputation for quality. Hinckley Roofing uses factory certified installer for their roofing projects.

Because they did not listen to our needs we now have to have their work redone. The work they did complete was shoddy as well. They insist everything is our fault because we approved the work, but we only approved the work because they misinformed us about how to meet our needs. We did not figure this out until we had three separate inspectors tell us what Hinckley did wrong.They refused to refund us half of our money so we could have it fixed by someone else, instead only offering to refund a small amount of money (not enough to cover even 1/4 of the cost to fix the problems) and "fix" things themselves. I don't know about you, but once a company has completely ignored my needs and misled me, I no longer trust them to do any further work. Because we did not have ALL conversations in writing, the Better Business Bureau closed our complaint case. If you want people you can trust because you do not know every detail that professionals should know and should tell you, DO NOT USE HINCKLEY ROOFING!!!
