I took my 1991 van in for exhaust work. ( and let me say it is hard to get parts for this van as I've only seen a handful on the roads of the same model) I was completely satisfied. I was in and out with in 1 hour and the cost was reasonable.

Called this shop to have exhaust installed on my 1995 pick up. Guy gave me a great price so I took the truck in, WOW what a mistake ! Day 1 -- I called the place toward the end of day 1 and he said he was waiting for the pipe to be delivered and wouldn't be able to get it done today.. Day 2 I called around 10 30 am and was told about 1.5 hrs more to complete the job..I waited to 5 30 pm and no word from the shop so I went to the shop to see my truck on the lift 3 people under my truck and all the exhaust on the floor.I confronted the owner who developed a serious attitude,so I returned the attitude and ask for my truck back....1 of the guys under my truck came out and said they had the exhaust on once but it was all wrong so they had to cut it off and start over, BE WARNED THIS IS A CLASSICAL SHADE TREE SHOP WHO HAS NO CLUE HOW TO PREFORM REPAIR WORK. THE OWNER IS A REAL J@!%!*S SORRY EXCUSE FOR A SHOP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED
