Set on 5 1/2 acres of English-style gardens and woodlands, this Queen Anne Victorian home is a delicate jewel box of a house. The house, with its many stained-glass windows, golden-oak moldings, and numerous lightning-rod-topped peaked roofs and gables, was built in 1894, and the gardens, designed by the Northwest's first women-owned landscape architecture firm, were added in the 1930s.

Tours (with hours and days varying by season) begin on the hour and showcase Victorian furnishings and original detais inclu...ding many Povey Brothers stained glass windows, split flue fireplace, and beautiful woodwork.
