Abusive, incompetent and rude:
One of the worst experiences I have had has been dealing with these people. The office will respond rudely, condescendingly and tell you to "pay your bills like a grown man" if you ask how things work or why they are unable to send a bill on time.
The owner has repeatedly raised their voice at people and when I ask locally, the experiences are very similar.
Not only do they make their money scraping the bottom of the barrel looking to pillage folks with fees, they degrade you as they do it.
I will be writing a letter to the Attorney General about my most recent experiences. This is 5 years of being called rude for asking why they are so bad at their job.
