With an ever-changing and evolving menu created by chef Robert Phalen, Holy Taco is a taqueria that is focused on sustainable local ingredients. This casual pan-Latin restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The bar is open an hour later each evening.
