Our system was installed 2 years ago, the air conditioning has never worked. We had them come out last year to repair the issue of which they thought they fixed it but did not. Now that the warranty is over, they want to charge me to repair the unit that has never worked right to begin with. What would you do if you owned this business? I gave the owner opportunity to do the RIGHT thing but he has failed. I guess I will have to pay someone else to come fix the unit as Home Comfort will never see a dime from me again!
