The owner has the worst customer service that I have ever had with any business. It's dirty and not kept. She is also never on time either. Another customer I and stood outside waiting for at least 30 minutes after she said she would show up. When I had explained to the owner what kind of braids I wanted over the phone she stated that what I had requested was fine (she also did not give me an exact price. I asked her repeatedly to tell what I should pay and she said anywhere between 150-170, so I was still not clear on the price. When I sat down to explain to her what I wanted she said she understood. While she was braiding my hair I informed her that she was not doing the style that I had requested. She proceeded to tell me that she was going to do it. As the day went on I kept telling her that she was not doing what I requested. But because she has lots of experience I gave her the benefit of the doubt (I should have got up and left at this point). When she had finished I stated that because she did not give me the services I requested, I could not pay her what she had wanted. She stated that I was stupid for not telling her what I wanted, that she was going to cut my hair off if I did not give her the money she requested, blocked the door. When I tried to explain the situation calmly, and cursed me out on the street and tried to follow me home. She also stated that she hated when black Americans came to her shop because they were liars and cheat her out of her money. "
