Major attitude problem. Like most homeowners not everyone is knowledgeable with repairs. But sometimes we like to try. These people seriously discourage that urge and make you feel like an idiot. Went to another store and WOW what a difference. Bent over backwards to help me. Stay clear of them...HIGH prices on top of condescending attitude...no thank you.
