What an awful place from start to finish! they are sneaky about treatment, prices, the doctor never wants to talk to you when you have a problem she doesn't show her face!!!
My family & I found them on our insurance & decided to give them a try. Not only they are ridiculously expensive but also billed our insurance for treatment they never did on me or my kids!
Every time we went they had different staff... I should have known better! a place that employees don't last only means shady business.
Every time i asked about the reasons for my high co-pays i was given a different number & was treated as if i should not be asking just paying on the blind...
My little girl was sick on her last appointment's date for which i was also going to be having a cleaning so i called them as soon as they opened, the receptionist assured me it was ok she thanked me for calling as soon as possible & gave me a different appointment date for the both of us. Little did i know i got a bill on the mail a couple days later saying i owed $100.00 on broken appointments! By the time i called back a different receptionist was there the previous one was "no longer with them" she was very nice & put me on hold to check my file; after being on hold for 5 minutes the assistant got on the phone i think her name is Sonia said the doctors time was valuable & every time i broke an appointment i should be expecting a bill just like it & hung up the phone.
I'm never going back & as i said honestly half the stuff they said i needed my new dentist said i didn't even need! so i'm glad this happened on time for them not to be able to butcher my teeth!

Firstly, I absolutely hate dental work as I don't like the thought of a needle in my mouth. However, after postponing visiting a dentist several times, I finally had to go as the pain was unbearable. I had the misfortune of having two teeth, one being a wisdom tooth, to be extracted, both decayed of course.

As nervous as I was, I must tell you I found Dr. Greear and her dental assistant, Sonya, to be so relieving. They explained the procedure in detail, made me feel extremely comfortable and during the procedure, I felt at ease! What could have been an awful experience, ended up being fairly pleasant. I guess I didn't know what to expect.

Here's what I want folks to know as well. I had been to other dentists as well for options and second opinions, most of them wanted to make the most of my teeth financially! Dr. Greear didn't! They all said I needed an oral surgeon except Dr. Greear who said she could do it comfortably. This saved me a lot of money. All the other dentists pretty much said I needed a whole new mouth (yes, I mean it).

I would recommend Dr. Greear anytime. She is the best!

After I got home from serving in the military I noticed that I had a slight tooth ache and realized that I hadn't been to a "real" dentist in over 7 years. so I figured I'd better go. I was referred to Dr. Greear by a friend of mine that told me she was the best dentist she had ever been to. So I scheduled an appointment and went. I ended up having to get just a couple of fillings and they gave me a discount because I'm in the Fire service now. Apparently, she gives a discount to all law enforcement and fire service individuals. I thought that was very honorable on her part. I would reccommend Dr. Greear and Tooth Options to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable dentist.

I am originally from England and we view dentistry in a different light to American’s, mainly because in England dental work is funded by the government (socialism). Anyway when I first arrived at Tooth Options Dr. Jamie Greear realized that my teeth and gums needed a lot of attention, she worked with me and my insurance to complete about 13 fillings through out my mouth, and treated me for periodontal disease on one side of my mouth. I thought all I need was a couple of fillings, but the office explained that was only part of the problem and that was not going to help improve the condition of my mouth. Faith at the front desk explained all the procedures I received from Dr. Jamie Greear, and Faith always called my directly to confirm my next appointment. I want to thank Tooth Options for all their hard work in making the quality of my teeth and gums better, and reducing the sensitivity and pain I had in my mouth, THANK YOU! I highly recommend for anyone who needs work on their teeth to contact Tooth Options, and listen to Dr. Jamie Greear’s recommendations for increasing the quality and health of your gums and teeth.
