Very rude, received no service:
The worst experience. I called them to confirm that they got our prescription as my Mom is disabled on a wheelchair and it is a big task to get out of the house. They confirmed they have it, so a week later we went there.
Never mind they don't validate parking even for people who are disabled while parking on the street is impossible, they could not find our prescription! They told us to come back next day. I told them they already have our prescription and confirmed it with me earlier. They were rude, and told me they never had it, and that we have to call the doctor ourselves, and we are late with picking it up anyway as it was a week ago. (does it mean they had it by threw away?)
We wasted all that time by driving there from Culver City with a disabled person only to receive a rude response and no service. Very upset. Will never use them again, and won't recommend anyone to use them.
