My fiancé purchased my ring over a year ago and I fell in love at first sight. However when we went back for our bands I felt completely rushed by the owner ( male cannot remember his name ). The woman (Eva I believe ) was helpful but kept looking over to the male associate after each question we asked. He quoted us a ridicusouly high price for 2 simple bands. He even scoffed at us when we tried to negotiate. Umm this is the Jewlery exchange not Cartier. We ended up at another vendor in the exchange. As this vendor was looking at my ring he informed us it was not the type of stone they told my fiancé it was ( which has sentimental value ). They flat out lied on their certificate of sale saying it is one stone when it is another. I still love my ring because it's from my fiancé. HOWEVER I would never recommend this place of business. They are con artists and scammers.
