Todd also was my computer repair guy for a couple of years. Then June 3rd 2014, my computer needed a new hard drive, he tells me the total would be $160 all together and he would have my computer back to me by the weekend (Friday), so when he came to pick up my computer, I gave him my Dell laptop and $160 dollars upfront, I figured I could trust him since he already done a few jobs in the past and in all worked out fine. It's now June 12th, I have left several of messages from each number and no returns to any of my calls & messages left. So today I come across this address here from this page 39224 Wade Rd, Romulus MI 48174, so I decided to get my dad and go to that address. When we get there no one was home, so we asked two neighbors living on each side of the 39224 address, and it was shocking. The two people told there was a person by the last name Raines that lived there, but it was not Todd, it was a women and she remarried. They said Todd Raines was her ex-husband and they divorced years ago. So he is using the address of his ex-wifes house where he doesn't even stay at. SHOCKING! This guy is a scam artist. This is how he works: He does a few jobs for you and gains your trust, then out of the blue when he wants he just rips you off and you never hear from him again.
