Houston Euro Collision

After having an accident, I took my BMW to Houston Euro Collision. The staff was very knowledgeable and receptive to my requests, however, Renee (in particular) has gone above expectational measures to accomodate my every need. She had one of her employees drive across town to trade out my car with a loaner, she has stayed late in order for me to pick up my car (after hours) and has made it tremendously easy to finialize my repairs. Renee always has a smile on her face, highly professional and is very pleasant to work with. I know I can count on Houston Euro Collision to repair my car correctly and efficiently! My VW was vandalized over the weekend Grr. I called on Renee at Houston Euro she picked me & my car up put me in loaner car immediatley. I was able to go to work & she handled the rest. My car is back in the condition it was before the vandal got a hold of it. The great part I did not not need to get my insurance involved... the price really fit my budget.
