Houston plumber

These guys were awesome. I had sewer problems and rats. Had to tear up the whole kitchen floor and dig under the house. The whole ordeal took a month and half to get resolved. Through it all these guys were super professional with great advice and sense of humor. They explained all the issues and options thoroughly. Sewer is fixed, kitchen back to normal and rats are gone. Our condo building had an emergency flood in our storage area on a Thursday at 9pm. I saw Houston Plumber on Yellowbot and gave them a call. They responded quickly, came out and did the job quickly and efficiently and with a sense of humor. The plumbers know their stuff and take the time to explain exactly what they're doing. We had another emergency on a Sunday night, and they called back within 5 minutes of my calling their answering service. Then just today we had scheduled routine maintenance done by them again. They even called me after they had left because they had forgotten to give me a number for a disaster clean up company! Love these guys!!

Had a major plumbing problem with the basement bathroom plugged due to someone using baby wipes and plugging up the sump pump with them. Plumber was at our location in a half hour's time from the time I initially called and he got right to work with no delay. I will definitely use Houston Plumber again as they were professional throughout the whole process.

The previous review pretty much nails it. These guys are fantastic, really helpful, knowledgeable, and just want to make sure you have everything for the job. I spoke with Houston Plumber, who seemed to be most knowledgeable about practical applications. They stock a lot of specialized pieces and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone.
