I do a lot of liposuction, and overwhelmingly my patients are happy. As with any surgery, there are risks, and irregularity after liposuction is one of those risks. I am pleased that you like your results on your waist and outer thighs. The inner thigh irregularity could probably have been improved with fat injections had you made me aware of it. Even now, after 10 years, I still may be able to help. Come in and let me see what can be done.
