Do not hire Bud Howell to do any work for you! Though he claims to provide certified systems with 5 year warranties he will not provide documentation of the construction, the Alaska required photographs of work and diagrams. He does not provide contracts for work and even asked me if he could dump dirt in the neighbor's yard, "because he probably won't notice anyway" rather than properly grade and dispose of fill. Finally, he guarantees his work for 5 years but mine failed inspection after light use in only 3 years. If you ask him any questions he only becomes belligerent and degrades you demanding money for wasting his time. He will also threaten you to get his way. Save your money and hire someone else.
