Don't Expect to Find Reliable Help or Even Kindness When You Inevitably Have to Call Them With a Problem:
"Thousands of customers say they are "Extremely Satisfied..." What about the ones you hang up on? That's exactly what just happened to me after someone in "customer service" copped a ridiculous attitude with me and told me it was my fault that my brand new ($10,000) furnace broke after ONE year. She hung up. No concern whatsoever that my house has been 45 degrees for the past 2 weeks and that I've paid $441 out of pocket for labor trying to get it fixed and that on top of that, my house is currently for sale and this almost completely cost me the sale. After being told that I could purchase a service plan to ensure I'm covered for future problems and that I could transfer it over to my home buyer to make sure he is covered and paying in cash for a year, they told me "that's not a thing" in those exact words. Then I was told it's my fault that a brand new ($10,000) furnace broke after a year and that my service plan would be canceled and a refund issued before being abruptly hung up on. I wonder how I'll get a $200 refund that I paid in cash. I guess it doesn't matter to someone sitting in a warm, comfortable office rolling her eyes and copping attitudes to people with real problems that this company basically created for them. It was clear that I was transferred to what must be the toughest customer service rep who doesn't take any c@!p from customers on the phone, because I was put on hold for almost 5 minutes before this woman picked up, high speed screamed at me and hung up. Bravo to you. I hope you all gave her a nice pat on the back over it while I'm sitting here, enraged to tears, wondering how I'll get my money back and why I ever thought it was a good idea to even consider Hutchinson Heating and Cooling.

Worked really hard to find source of leak:
I found a water stain on my ceiling and thought it was probably coming from the upstairs plumbing. Scott the plumber was very conscientious and worked with the mold expert I had come over at the same time running through every possible scenario. When that turned up nothing Scott volunteered to go up into the attic (sweltering summer day) and found the problem, flashing on the roof in need of repair. I was so relieved that we found the source of the leak and was impressed with the plumber's detective skills especially since it wasn't even a plumbing problem.
