Great Workout:
iLoveKickboxing has really made a difference for me. It has given me the opportunity to really improve my fitness with instructors that actually care about you. When I was injured in a car accident, they actually took the time to work with me to accommodate my injuries. The instructors are great people, friendly and awesome to take class with. They will teach you each move and help you improve until you've got it down.

I absolutely fell in love with this workout! It is so mich fun. I feel like i am getting fitter without hating going to the gym or somewhere else. I can truly recommend this place.

I am a living proof that it works and it could for you too!:
I hated the word diet and workout. I always thought, it's boring and giving up something you love to eat and do. I have never enjoyed anything related to these two words not until I was introduced by a very good friend to ilovekickboxing.com. I started my first class on 7/11 (my birthday in reverse), I even surprised myself that I was willing to give a workout another shot, after so many failed attempts. I actually enjoyed my first class and within the next few more classes that I decided to join. Even though I recently found out about recent health issues, I knew it will be hard for me to commit and give it one a hundred percent. Talk about perfect timing, I needed to find something quick with hopes that it will work. I knew I had to start slow and slowly get my body to adjust to something I have not been used to for more than four years, if not more. I was coming in 2-3x times a week but then I had to take a break for a minor surgery. Few weeks later, as soon as I got a clearance from my doctor, I was excited to come back and I came back just in time for the iLKB 45 day challenge. I immediately committed myself to come at least four times a week consistently, I totally give up rice and coffee, which I consume the most. It was a match made in heaven, I truly enjoy and the feeling of accomplished every time I come to class. Being able to kickbox with my friends (who I call My Kick Squad), the welcoming environment and instructors who pushes you and also checks on you to ensure you are on track, they will also call you, send text messages and email you when you missed classes. 45 days later, I lost 10 pounds, I was feeling good and feeling more energized. It felt like a miracle, I never sweat as much, that I literally enjoy sweating as much as possible. It was purely kickboxing, if it worked for me, then it could work for anyone! I have never done anything that I actually seen an almost immediate results, in a short amount of time. It was truly a perfect fit, this makes me even more determined and motivated to continue this lifestyle change to achieve my personal and fitness goals. Four months today on 11/7, it is only appropriate to post this on the day of my birthday because it was one of the greatest gifts that I have given myself and the best investment I have made in my lifetime! I highly recommend this to anyone who is tired of the same boring workout that does not even show results. I truly believe that I am a living proof that it works and it could for you too! It is worth giving it a shot to see it for yourself and I am very sure you will love it!!!
