I have been going to ILKB for 3 months now and I am addicted! They take the thinking out of your workout, and boy do they kick your a@s while doing it. Class is fun and all the instructors at this location are very motivating. They make sure to challenge you and push you when you need it. Classes are an hour long of nonstop full body high intensity and I always look forward to going. I never used to get a workout this good in during an hour at the gym on my own, because they take the guesswork out of what you are going to do and you don't have to wait on others for machines. I make sure to work classes into my schedule and make it a priority to go, because it is a great stress relief and energy boost to go.

I wanted to find a new, fun way to stay in shape. Thankfully I found iLoveKickboxing. The staff at the Northwest Rainbow location in Vegas keeps you motivated and makes working out a blast! Plus, it's great stress relief. I was hooked after my first class. I highly recommend it.

Ilovekickboxing has truly changed my life! I have been a member for 6 months and so much has changed. I am able to sleep better, I drink a gallon of water everyday, it's easier to eat healthy, my arms & legs are more toned, my waist is smaller and my clothes fit better. The ILKB team is so amazing! Their high energy helps everyone get through the class. I started last week and fell in love with it. I cant wait to get better and I look forward to going this week! Jacquelin taught me the first day and even though I was dying the whole time she made the workout fun. 10/10 recommend coming here!!!
