Matt the appliance tech repaired my dishwasher today. He did the job well and was neat and courteous. It was nice meeting Matt. I appreciate when companies hire nice, we'll mannered, personable employees. It reflects very well on immediate appliance to have such a nice person working for them.
I also appreciated how quick they gave me both the initial appointment and the follow up appt when the parts came in. I felt everyone I dealt with on the phone from your company were also courteous. I would definitely recommend immediate appliance and will call you guys going forward with any appliance repairs I have.

Untrained Technicians: Wrong Diagnosis, Still Charged $:
Technician came to inspect washing machine and told me a repair would be $400. After declining the repair I had another service provider come look at the same washer. Not only was Immediate Appliance incorrect in their diagnosis, they were to have me buy and replace parts that were not defective at all. The new service provider even stated that the washer repair that I had was a common repair and should have been easily detected by the most inexperienced of technicians. Informed Immediate Appliance of misdiagnosis and the company owner/manager was aggressive and nasty toward my calling. Basically I paid a service trip charge for someone to tell me wrong information. I should start a business going around, telling people wrong information, and then charging them!!!
