Very unorganized, lack communication and the office manager is never available. This office "estimates" what your out-of-pocket expense will be after your appointment instead of having a treatment coordinator come in to go over the cost before they treat you and expect you to pay the amount they come up with that day! Make sure to check with your insurance to see exactly what you should have paid because they most likely over charged. Also expect to wait a month for a refund check from them. I have yet to receive my refund check!!
