trying to get a part for a cahir under warranty:
My office chair keeps sinking. Its under warranty. I was told first call no problem. Waiting a couple weeks and heard nothing. Called back & was told by Phil he would contact supplier and call back. 20 days went by and I called again and left a voicemail and haven't heard anything. So prices may be right but they are not honoring the warranty.
