BEWARE: Lousy Return Policy!:
I had proof of purchase for $158 in jewelry my husband had purchased as a Christmas gift. They refused to refund our money because I didn't have the original gift box (a little square white cardboard box!) I ended up with glass items I didn't really need or want in exchange-- what a waste! I used to be a regular, but I'll never shop there again. I refuse to be "held hostage" to Ingebretsen's restrictive refund policy.
