I created a Uship auction for a vehicle I purchased out of state. After reviewing the two top bidders and seeing they both had 4.9 stars out of 5 and were #1 and #2 vehicle transporters on Uship, I asked when the soonest they could pick up was. I ended up selecting Initial Logistics since they could pick up within 3 days if I “accepted their bid that night”. Over the course of the next 10 days, I sent 29 correspondences through phone and email. Not once did I receive a proactive message and many times my messages were unreturned. They pushed the date out from 3 to 4 to 5 and so on until we were 10 days out and they cancelled. They breached contract on numerous accounts and ultimately lied to me. I continued to make payments and waste my time to try and get this vehicle picked up, because in the end, this was supposed to be a gift for my wife. I am so dissatisfied with the selection of scammy tactics and diversions that this company used. I find the Uship rating system to be flawed and the coveted star-rating system to be short of delivering the whole story. I would stay far away from Initial Logistics. It has been a long time since I have dealt with a company this deceiving.
