A "magical", "bucolic" setting "beside a trickling stream" sets the stage at this "rustic", mostly outdoor Californian in Topanga Canyon, a "bohemian" haunt since 1975; even if some find the service and "pricey" fare "uneven", it's still a "special" experience, and many "love the brunch."
