My husband and I bought our first home and we found Lynne Greene Interiors on the Hunter Douglas Website. We researched the company and found they were a member of the Better Business Bureau. We knew the shades would be an investment and decided to go with a local, customer services oriented company. Paul came out late one evening, because we work until late during the week. He educated us on every product and recommended what he felt was the best fit for us. He came back and put up temporary shades before we moved in. The shades came in in only a few short weeks and he put them up in one day. They looked great!!

Then a few months later one of the shades was going up wrong, so we called Lynne Greene Interiors. They came out in a few days at night when we could meet them. The shade was fixed and put back up in a few weeks.

We spent over $2000 on blinds. They were installed two weeks later than they originally promised. When they did come, they were missing hardware, so said they would get that and call us back when it came in (within a week). Several weeks went by and we never heard from them. We had to follow-up with them. They said the parts came in and we set-up an appointment (with very little flexibility in times that they could come out). But then they never showed. It turned out that only 1 of the 2 parts came in, they only realized that day, and sent an EMAIL half an hour before the appointment to tell us they weren't coming. They had home phone and cell phone numbers, but didn't even bother to use them... if you cancel an appointment you make sure the people you're canceling with get the message! Another appointment was scheduled when they finally received the second part (another two weeks later!), and they didn't show, nor called to tell us they weren't coming. After another hour of waiting, we've given up. We will go pick-up the parts ourselves and complete the installation ourselves.
