Opportunity!!! :):
Hard work, early success, high energy, great people and amazing company growth are just a few of the reasons why I still work at Insight Global. We start our day at 7 am and don’t leave until the job is finished! Yes it is long hours, however I get to work every day with awesome people who truly care about their job and their contractors. Insight Global provides an opportunity with no restraints. There is no ceiling to your success, and whatever you put in you will get out. Insight Global only promotes from within allowing you the opportunity to jump into management early in your career. Not many jobs provide you the opportunity right out of school to control your own success.
Better than the rest:
I have been an IT director in the South Florida area for a number of years and I have come across numerous staffing agencies and I have mixed reviews. Many promise the world and rarely deliver. Poor candidate quality and coming in great numbers has been extremely problematic for my organization and it leads to wasted time and frustration. One day an account manager from Insight Global came through my door and changed my opinion/expectations of what a staffing company can be.
My initial thoughts were that they would perform to level of their competition and I was proven wrong in a very short time. Although Insight was not set up on our vendors list my account manager expressed that they only needed "one shot" to prove why they would be a value add to our organization. I had no openings at that time and did not for a while. This vendor continued to maintain contact with me for sometime before they were given their "shot".
On a Friday afternoon one of my senior engineers quit without notice and during a very busy time of year for us. We needed someone on site and fast. I called my usual contacts and they gave me little reassurance that I would have anyone in the near future so I called my Insight contact and gave them a chance. Well to my surprise within hours I was sent 2 excellent candidates and told both were available on Monday to start work. After a short interview with both of them I made a tough decision and picked one to start work on Monday. Our rep from Insight was there Monday morning to walk this person in the door and he is here to this day as a permanent employee.
