I have been going to Installations Unlimited for years; from remote starters, car stereos and window tinting. The service is outstanding and the customer service is above and beyond. I have never had to wait and when you make an appointment they are always on time and perform the task in a expeditious manner. I was just in the other day to have my car remote checked out for one of my vehicles and the time frame was a whole five minutes, outstanding! I informed them that I will be back next week to check out the car remote. As far as I am concerned Installations Unlimited is the only place to go for your vehicle needs, they do not have to worry about the competition they are in a class by themselves. Kudos to Robert Murphy (store manager) and his staff!

Had a car stater installed in my truck yesterday. Once I left lot I discovered a large scatch on the windshield and hood. I took back and they refused to accept responsibility. The scratch was not there when I dropped vechicle off. Manager was rude and inflammed the situation with his behavior. The owner was little better and I know him as we had done prior business. Hard to belive they would treat a good customer this way. My experience matches many of the other reviews. Definite trend here.
