Poor Customer Service:
Darren at Intense Motorsports says one thing and does another. They sent me an incorrect item for my vehicle and had to make numerous calls to return it. Once I finally was able to speak with someone, Darren decided to "challenge" the customer to say I made the mistake. Darren said I could return the item and my credit card would be credited. They received the item today and gave me an in-store credit...Darren tried to change his story by telling me that's what HE noted on the account internally not what he communicated to me. I wouldn't trust him or Intense Motorsports in any business dealing. They make it very difficult to communicate via phone, (voicemail boxes always full, cannot leave a message or speak to an operator) must be by design. They misrepresent themselves, don't do business with these people.
