At the IHH Yoga Loft, our intention is to create a sacred space to share & teach tools that help you in your journey to create harmony, awareness & connectedness. We offer yoga, meditation, energy medicine, sound healing, bodywork, & much more.

The Yoga Loft is a community center who’s main initiative is to promote health and healing through methods that integrate mind/body/spirit.
