The worst move we've ever had!! The driver was one of the most unprofessional and rude persons I've ever met. He got into a huge fight with both my husband and myself over possible damage, he wouldn't stop to talk to us about it, threatened to remove everything from the truck and leave it in our front driveway, then implied that we were lying without considering other options. He also broke a candle holder and didn't even bother to clean it up. He called me pretentious and rude to my face. From the moment he arrived, AN HOUR LATE, he drove onto my grass, barely said hello, and looked completely put out by our move. I asked his partner nicely to ask him to change his truck direction to not be on the grass, to which he later implied that I was making it up and I "shouldn't tell him out to drive his truck." So he blamed his terrible attitude on me. We cannot believe what horrible people were sent to do our move. The Operations Manager we spoke to the on the phone immediately yelled at us and assumed we were making it all up as well so he threatened to have all of our stuff removed from the truck. All because we wanted to discuss some possible damage??!! So 8 hours later, we were moved in to an 800 sq ft apt. and will never call Blue Whale again. BEWARE!!!!!

They did not complete anything or pay their vendors!!!! - Would not recommend the company or management. Very bad local business! Very Unhappy!!!

They showed up late and everyone was upset before they even started moving us. 5 pieces were damaged and management was unresponsive. I just wanted to nightmare to end.
