called Intervale Lock & Safe this afternoon because I had lost my only ignition key for my car. I had already been to the dealership -- had spent almost $200 plus had my car towed and then was told by the dealer I needed a new ignition which was going to cost $397 just for the part! When I explained all this to Intervale Lock I was assured by Paul that he would be able to make a new key and quoted me $125. In the end it turned out that GM had the wrong code for the VIN# for this car. Paul was able to make me a new key, and even though it took him much longer than he expected due to the GM error, he not only stuck with his quote but told us that AAA had also made an error on the reimbursement rate and that when/if he received the extra money he would send it back to me!

I would highly recommend Intervale Lock & Safe to anyone needing a locksmith. I would most definitely advise anyone needing auto lock work to call Intervale Lock $ Safe BEFORE calling a dealership.
