Absolutely terrible service. Use to be good.:
We had invisible fence for 8 years and they were always good. Had a problem, paid $100 and they fixed it. Not now. Fence stopped working in Jan and called for technical support. They came and charges us over 100 was was typical and fair, but a day later the fence stopped working. Mom called two days later. They are asking for another 100+ to send the technician out again even though he failed to fix the problem on his first visit. This is a regular issue and we're willing to pay, but to charge us double for not fixing what he was suppose to fix is appalling. Any other company would send someone out again to double check and get it right. Not invisible fence. Several calls to tell me he fixed it. Clearly he did not and it is beeping even when their customer service called! Will get a new system completely from soup to nuts just so I don't have to have my family deal with them.
