VERY dissatisfied with Tri-County Invisible Fence. They do not back the service of their product. Don’t be fooled; their warranty is a joke because it only covers 1 year and they purposefully bury the wire so shallow that you have to call back every 1 to 2 years for a service charge of $150, plus the cost to fix their error. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this shady company.

I had my invisible fence installed in November and I absolutely love it. The installer did a great job and arrived within the time frame they had given me. Everyone that I have dealt with at this office had been very helpful and polite. Without the fence my dog would not be able to run around the yard. I highly recommend Invisible Fence to keep your dog safe!

I had my invisible fence installed last year and have had a great experience with the company and the products, so I was surprised to see these bad reviews. The fence works great for both of my dogs and I recently purchased a device from them to keep my dogs off the couch so they don't ruin my new one like they did the last one! I have had 2 different guys come to my house and they were both very helpful and polite.

Fence is so invisible that it never got installed. Paid $1000 deposit and when they didn't do what they said they would, they got fired. No refund. $1000 for NOTHING!!!
