business owner's should aim to please rather than screw clients:
save your wallet from depreciation and yourself the headache and go to a legit apple repair store.... or at least some place that is willing to honor their lack of expertise with a refund. This store has had my ipad for over two weeks to repair a broken screen. first it was returned to me and i could not charge the ipad. second it was returned to me and blue tooth and wifi would not connect. now i am told the motherboard is broken and they can do nothing further. What good is an ipad to me that i cannot use in my own home unless i pay for extra data? So now i am out over $200 for "repairs" and ... you would think they would refund my money but no! i even asked for it an NO! well.....maybe someone will learn from my mistake and say NO TO IPULSE. Sometimes things happen and you can't finish a job as planned, in those instances you make your client whole. and if you don't then you simply don't deserve the privilege of being a business owner. business owners cater to their clients, they don't screw them.
