Rude customer service practices:
I have been a customer of Isaac Sultan ever since 2001 whenn I moved to Spain. Until the last couple of years I've been very happy with the products and the service. But now I am amazed at how rude their service has become. A month ago I wrote to the company asking how I could place an international order without their removing part of the order in order to pay for the postage. This happened the last time I ordered. They did not answer the email so I recently wrote and asked again. This was their reply:
"We are not looking for International orders.There is no insurance and shipment takes a while with 10 emails to answer where is my shipment.What do you want to order? we will email you back if we can ship."
If they are not looking for international orders they should remove international order shipments from their website. I suppose I will have to resort to Amazon to make my purchase. They, at least, have polite customer service.
