I love this school. It's the oldest and most traditional martial arts school in Warren County. Founded in 1980 by a Vietnam Vet, Sensei Ben Lapinski still teaches classes the same way as he did in 1980, encouraging the students while emphasizing discipline. I started going here when I was very little in 1983 and not only can I very capably defend myself, I also think much of my personal success can be attributed to the respect, humility, confidence, and guts I developed here.
