had to have a working H2O heater brought up to cods, along with 2 sinks in home. came out and gave estimate around 600.00. ok do the work 2 weeks go by and no work started but men show up and look and measure. 2 more weeks and they tell me i have to replace the heater it is too tall by 2 inches and will not work. ok they install it and do the sinks now 1100.00 dollars because of the new heater. they tracked in mud every time they came over and left the mess for the tenant to clean up under the sinks and even left the box the new heater came in. who need that. they were to call and have city inspector ok it, 1 week goes by i call i left him a message receptionist says
week 2 goes by no inspector or week 3 and week 4. now after the work was done for a month an inspection was scheduled but J&J wanted to get there before the inspection to install a union? why did they not do that 4 weeks ago when they did the job. Both the owner and workers are extremely rude and never communicate when they will be there or late...guy told me abc warehouse gives a window of 4 hours,,,wtf i,m not dealing with them. i will never and i mean never use this company again in my life. there are good companies out there not this incompetent bunch of guys well city inspector did not show and i called city and left a message for Monday, i wonder if they ever did call and schedule appointment like they said they did...the saga still continues and yet had their hand out for the money 7 weeks ago and still not done.

We had an appointment. We called one afternoon. Our call was returned the next morning and a 2 p.m. appt was made. We arrived home from work at 1:50. We called several times w/in an hour, and left to return to work at 2:50 only to receive a call at 3 stating they were at our house. We could not take off anymore, so we said it would have to be at another time. We called the next day and left ANOTHER, and NEVER got any return calls to the three messages that were totally left. I just talked with the owner and he chalked it up to misunderstanding. Don't think so.
