Unreliable & Dishonest:
Really very bad Took my limo in for service this place is a total Rip off. They did bad transmission work I had to bring it back to them about 5 times for problems they wouldn't fix properly.
I Finally had to go somewhere else and got the transmission replaced, The owner Jim swears and yells. This shouldn't be allowed to go on? Why is the company still is business?

Terrible:
Customer Service is a nightmare Jim the owner has quite a temper and is in need of a exorcism after watching him flip out with a customer on the phone all I could think was I am in the wrong place and I needed to call my brother the priest. But I need to get my car back …but no it was not ready Jim did not even say one word about his behavior I just witnessed and yelled that he was too busy for it today and come back tomorrow. Ok no call… no nothing letting me know it was not ready after being told to pick it up by 5pm my ride there had dropped me off and left I was really stuck. I said I would have to drive it home and bring it back in the morning Jim did not like that and wanted a deposit on the work b4 he would give me my keys ?? well had my extra set with me and I left my key with him who cares drove off and will never go back there The nerve want a DP on work not done Scary and unprofessional
