*****do not let employee lindsay touch your dog***** lindsay made the appointment and after i called concerned that our sophie was not finished at the usual time, lindsay became very rude and then proceeded to do a very poor job on sophie who is an american cocker spaniel. Lindsay did not bathe her properly, left dirt spots on her belly, her ears were filthy and had not been cleaned at all. Her face was not trimmed/cleaned properly as she still has a large amount of tear stains!! When i called back to speak with someone about the poor job, lindsay became very defensive and actually hung up on me. I did call right back and spoke with the owner who wanted us to bring sophie back to see the poor job, apparently not believing me even after i said i would send her pictures!!! Owner wanted us to bring her back at a later date and that's not going to happen. If she didn't believe me on the phone, that means no one has any respect for proper customer service!! We have been loyal customer for over 2 years. But they have gotten so greedy that it doesn't matter if you have an appointment they take all the animals they can get!!! Always pay in advance and tip well!! Told to drop off between 10-10:30am this morning and it's almost 8pm!!! They just got done!! This is not acceptable!! All we got was a "im sorry" and thats it!!!!! They should have at least returned our generous tip!!! And/or the fee or at least part of it!! This is not how a business should be run!!! Apparently lindsay did not feel that we are not an important customer!!! Horrible customer service!!! Will never ever take our dogs there again!!!!! Was told that ppl were calling in at the last minute to get pets in before bad weather comes so they make a loyal customer who had an appointment wait almost 9 hours to groom our dog!!!!???? this is not the way to do business!!!!!
